Original Works
Feature-length original scripts by Neil Kellen — written with Cinestyle Studio, developed over years, built to be made.
A man whose family was burned alive on a crime lord's orders carries the biblical destroyer inside him — and his guardian angel is running out of time to keep him human before he burns everything down to get to Solomon Cross.
Henderson County, 1976. Three women searching for a missing friend in the river bottoms of Spottsville find something the town has known about for years — and refused to name. A female-driven horror story rooted in real local legend.
The Writer
Neil Kellen is a broadcast producer with 25 years of experience and an Emmy nomination, working in the Henderson, KY / Evansville, IN market. His screenwriting practice runs parallel to his production work — informed by the same discipline, the same eye for what plays on screen.
ABADDON was developed over three years and multiple drafts, written and refined using Cinestyle Studio, WGA-registered, and scored 9/10 on the Black List. Devil's Backbone is a collaboration with Lewis D. Chaney — a rural horror story rooted in actual local legend from Spottsville, Kentucky.
Both scripts are currently available for option or production consideration.
